The terms and conditions of booking your stay with Bamboo Guesthouse are presented below.Bamboo Guesthouse is a trading name of Mostays Ltd ('We') who is acting as a principal in the service sale. The company is registered in England and Wales with under registration number 1409132.
All Bookings at Bamboo Guesthouse are subject to these Terms, regardless of which website or method they are booked.
Bamboo Guesthouse has made all reasonable efforts to ensure the information contained within this website is accurate at the time of posting. We cannot accept liability for any losses resulting from use of or reliance on this site and Bamboo reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time without notice.
Terms:
You are obliged to provide the full names of any individuals staying at the property, and may be required to present a valid photo ID for each individual.Any other individual not listed on the booking is not permitted to stay at the property.
Check In/Out
Rooms are available for check in from 14.00
Check out is at 11:00 for rooms/10.00 for the flat and when the entire house is booked.
If you require a later check in or check out, please contact us in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate your timings.
Non-Smoking
Bamboo Guesthouse is completely non-smoking with very sensitive fire alarms.We reserve the right to charge for any smoke damage or smoke contamination in the rooms.
Pets
We do not take pets although guide dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Consideration for others
Bamboo Guesthouse has a no noise policy after 11p.m. and before 8a.m. Please be considerate to our other guests and neighbours.
We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with our procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the property, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Guesthouse, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. You may not invite non-paying or non-registered guests to your room or to have use of the hotel facilities without express consent of the Hotel management.
Cancellations
We offer free cancellation for bookings up until 7 days prior to arrival made via our website for individual room bookings. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged at the full cost of the booking.
We offer free cancellation for bookings up until 14 days prior to arrival made via our website for the flat bookings. Cancellations within 14 days will be charged at the full cost of the booking.
Bookings made for the entire property or for multiple rooms are non-refundable.
Bookings made using special discounted rates i.e week long, month long bookings are non refundable.

Very occasionally we may need to cancel your booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard.
Damage
While we are sure you will take care of our property, we reserve the right to charge for any lost or damaged items, including loss of a room key.You must notify us of any historic damage within 2 hours of check in.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Force Majeure
We accept no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel other than as required under the Hotel Proprietor’s Act 1956 or any other applicable law.
We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity (whether caused by the negligence of the company, its employees, contractor or agents or otherwise). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by it under the Contract.
Nothing contained in the Contract or in any other document referred to or incorporated in it shall be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the company’s negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Personal property
We hold no liability for personal property belonging to the guests left at the property during their stay. Any personal property left in the property after the agreed check-out time, may be moved, removed and/or disposed of.
